Overview:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) offers an easy to build FISMA compliant IT infrastructure.
Moving IT infrastructure to AWS creates a shared responsibility model between the customer and AWS.
This shared model can relieve customer operational burden as AWS operates, manages and controls the components from
the host operating system and virtualization layer down to the physical security of the facilities in which the services operate.
The customer assumes responsibility and management of, but not limited to, the guest operating system (including updates
and security patches), other associated application software, as well as the configuration of the AWS provided security group firewall.
Layer 7's SecureSpan EC2 appliance is a secure API Proxy that helps customers enhance security and/or meet more stringent
compliance requirements by providing capabilities such as federated identities, fine-grained access and data security policies,
and tracking and auditing of information flows.
Join Layer 7 for this hands-on workshop to see how a
Layer 7 SecureSpan EC2 Appliance can be configured to secure integrations to and from the AWS cloud.
Join this event to learn:
- About AWS Security
- How to federate identity between the enterprise and your cloud application
- How to implement fine-grained access and data security policies without code
- How to secure and manage REST APIs for your cloud applications
- How to protect integrations between you cloud applications and enterprise applications
All attendees will receive a 90 day evaluation of the Layer 7 SecureSpan EC2 Appliance
