Featured Position: Web Administrator - Reviewing Applications
Layer 7 is looking for a Web Administrator to help us develop and maintain our online presence. As an integral part of the Marketing Team, the Web Administrator will be responsible for the hands-on development, maintenance and reporting of Layer 7’s websites and supporting systems, as well as integration of social channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs, etc. Primary responsibilities include - Ongoing maintenance of Layer 7’s consumer-facing website, including content updates, addition of new content & pages, scaling site architecture, and search engine optimization.
- Integration and management of social media channels/widgets
- Management of our CRM integration (Elaquo & Sales Force)
- Web metrics and reporting
- Development and maintenance of campaign-specific landing pages
- Development and maintenance of “white label” reseller pages
- Other related duties as required
Qualifications The successful candidate should have: - Strong knowledge and experience with web-authoring tools and languages such as HTML, XHTML, XML, PHP, Javascript, and CSS.
- Ajax, ASP.Net, and Flash would be an asset - Basic design skills including working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar applications
- Experience working with content management systems
- User-centric approach to web design
- Working knowledge of search marketing and search optimization techniques
- Experience with web analytics tools and reporting
- Understanding of social media applications and leveraging for business
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Highly proficient communication skills
- Ability to interact and work closely with a team
