Modify an OAuth implementation through the addition of a new parameter
This video tutorial demonstrates how an OAuth implementation built with a Layer 7 SecureSpan or CloudSpan Gateway can be modified to support custom requirements. The modification is achieved thorough the addition of a new parameter.
The new parameter is extracted from transaction metadata and then used to tweak the implementation. Specifically, in this example, a policy is created in which the authorization token’s lifespan is shortened if the user comes in from the browser of a mobile device.
