Mike Amundsen is the Principal API Architect for Layer 7 and a technical expert advising business leaders, developers and architects on how to design, develop and deploy world-class APIs. He is the author of Building Hypermedia APIs with HTML5 & Node and is a regular speaker at leading industry events on the subject of API design, Web application development and cloud computing. Mike is also an organizer for the RESTfest, a well-respected community event dedicated to supporting those interested in software architecture for distributed systems.

As Layer 7's Chief Architect, Francois Lascelles aligns the compay's product evolution with field trends. Francois joined Layer 7 in the company’s infancy – contributing as the first developer and designing the foundation of Layer 7’s Gateway technology. Now in a field-facing role, he helps enterprise architects apply the latest standards and patterns. Francois is a regular blogger and speaker and is also co-author of Service-Oriented Infrastructure: On-Premise and in the Cloud, published by Prentice Hall.

Devon Winkworth is a Solutions Architect with Layer 7 Technologies and works with technical architects and business managers to architect solutions that effectively manage and secure their APIs.
